Refund Policy - the basics
We want you to love your purchace! if youre not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please review the return and refund guidelines below:

Eligibility: You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be UNUSED, UNASSEMBLED, and in their ORIGINAL packaging.

Custom or personalized items will be nonrefundable (this means any color selection out of the original picture), unless proof of damage upon arrival.

Return shipping: the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to return, unless proof was provided that the item arrived damaged or incorrect from what was ordered.
Damaged or defective items:

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damage or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved items will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
